#1. Good luck breaking into acting....join the rest of the waiters and Starbucks workers in L.A.

#2. What does your budget look like? That will pretty much decide what part of L.A you can live in. What you see on TV is not real life, so be prepared for that.

#3. The weather in CA can vary depending on where you live. Closer to the coast? It will be cooler then in the valley, where temps in the summer time can reach 110 and up. We don't have 4 seasons, lol...we don't have trees that change colors like the east does for fall, this winter we had some unusally warm days (think 80's), etc. You want 4 seasons, you are looking in the wrong area.

#4. Good luck!!

Miami is beautiful and has nice weather, for the beach, and boating, and about everything else except skiing.Yes the climate in CA in general would offer more variation, much much more but maybe not in particular LA. you must know that Miami has a growing, TV, production industry, but of course LA is tops.

The weather in LA is really nice, the only thing i dun like is the traffice.
it depends on which LA area you are looking for. and there's a big price differnce between each city. I just bought a house in San Gabriel Valley, about 20mins to Downtown LA. My house was about $500,000.
If you need more advices on buying a house, you can ask my real estate Agent, she helped me alot when i was purchasing my property and she knows the areas well. Her email is kellydeng1209@gmail.com.
