I've been following this in the news. I hope they find her but it doesn't seem very likely at this point. It's incredible to me that the police let her go when they did, particularly when she had no way to get home.

I honestly feel the lost hills sheriffs office (los angeles county) messed up. I wonder how they sleep at night. If mitrice is found deceased (hopefully not) i hope they burn in hell for what they have done. Where is she ?

That would be the EASIEST LAWSUIT EVER WON!
I know this is old but to set the record straight, it's not a matter of secual orientation but of sexual preferences/proclivity. Numerous states have sexually violent predator laws which permit the indeterminate commitment of rapists, child molesters, sexual sadists, etc. in secured mental hospitals. Those statutes have been challenged but declared constitutional by the SCOTUS.

UPDATE: THE decomposed female human remains were positively identified as that of mitrice richardson. The cause of death has not been released yet. I partly blame the bum cops at the L.A.county sheriffs lost hills division for releasing her without using common sense. May they burn in hell for this. Mitrices remains were in a very remote area. How did she get their ? The police believe no foul played was involved (we shall see). RIP MITRICE. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lano...s-unclear.html

Some people thought they saw her but it was wishful thinking.
