Don't bother with Kijiji. They have a personals button but when you click on it it says "Kijiji Canada no longer offers personals categories. This decision was based on feedback we've received from our community of users and our decision to focus on more popular categories."
Too bad because some Canadian cities seem to use Kijiji more than Craigslist.
I'm in Edmonton and I enjoy success with plenty of fish(pof), match.com and okcupid. Tinder is hit or miss for me in this city whereas back home in Montreal or when I visit my folks in the states my phone was blowing up. It might depend on your age range, I'm late 20's so my preference is more mid 20's to early 30's.
