I don't know if Canada is a good fit for you. I'm not saying this due to you being in a mixed-raced marriage but rather the idea that you would even think Canadians would care less.


Canadians have progressive views and a relaxed attitude and I think it is you that may not fit in as opposed to your relationship. You clearly have no real understanding of the country you are coming to so maybe you should do yourself {and us} a favour and not come.

You may get looks of surprise in some places but otherwise there is no overt racism. I'm not sure where you're getting all your gossip from. Covert racism is another thing entirely and it does exist but that's a complicated issue. I would call it more stereotyping than racism.

Within the Western world, the worst place for an interracial couple like you two is small-town Germany. Those Germans sure know how to stare. I speak from experience.
