^^ I brought Molly home, the other cats have been off their feed anyway. Inky, who Molly took under her wing when we brought Inky inside at perhaps six months, is sleeping on a new spot on our bed. There is one spot she ALWAYS sleeps on, but Molly also slept there on occasion. Now Inky's on the far corner of our bed.
On another note, though I have a 10:00 appointment with the crematory it just popped into my mind, should I have Molly preserved by taxidermy? They also apparently freeze dry pets. The thought of Molly always being here, curled up in her favorite sleeping pose, has its appeal.
Obviously it's too late for Annie but what do people think of this? Probably need a fresh thread, I hope I didn't hijack here. Loss is loss, sad is sad.

Honestly, I think that needs a new thread, although of course I don't mind your post here.
I know others who have done the taxidermy thing and found it comforting, and part of me understands the appeal, but for me, it would hurt more seeing a "replica" of Annie or Gretel but without their heart or personality.

You are correct, my apologies for going off track. New thread done.
