Looks like Luna is trying to get acclimated to a new household and Pumpkin is just constantly pestering her. Most important is to note that Luna does not want to interact with Pumpkin; it seems like Luna needs more time to get comfortable in her new surroundings.

I would keep them separated until, as I said before, Pumpkin isn’t showing so much interest in Luna.

I'd get rid of the feliway plug in. It's likely making things worse.

Based on the videos, I don't think Pumpkin is being overly aggressive. I didn't notice any flattened ears and Pumpkin is showing her belly to Luna. Luna still needs time to adjust to her new environment without being pestered by Pumpkin, but you have to remember that kitties playing with each other looks rough to our eyes. My two (adult female and male) wrestle a lot and it looks like a deathmatch, but they also groom each other and get along.

OMG, such beautiful cats!

I don't see Pumpkin as being terribly aggressive, and Luna, as tiny as she is, seems to be able to hold her own. I wouldn't worry too much. Give Luna time to heal from her surgery and after she's ready to roam the house again, keep an eye on them as they interact.

Give Luna a tiny hiding spot or two that Pumpkin can't fit into, or crack a door open just enough for Luna but not Pumpkin. That won't work forever, but it will until Luna can get a little bigger.
