MI Transplant and DontHa8e (sp?) are right about all those "Michaels". Good list.
Did anyone see Michael Ontkean in an old Lifetime movie with Valerie Bertinelli? He was her abusive brother-in-law and treated Valerie's sister ... well, don't want to spoil anything. It's a good movie. He was older, and still looked good and fit - maybe even better than in The Rookies.
All the American Pie actors. They were practically touted as the new Brat Pack. Not so much.
Joey Lauren Adams
Brandon Routh - Superman curse although Cavill is British so he may be alright
Leelie sobieski (sp?) she was in Never been kissed pretty good actress, but never blew up
Marisa Tomei
Cuba Gooding Jr. was in a bunch of big movies in the 90's and won an Oscar for Jerry Maguire. But most of the movies I saw him in the last decade was stuff like Daddy Day Camp
Natasha Lyonne was going to be the next big "indie" thing, same with Steven Dorff.
Dunno' where they went off to, not like I blame people for wanting a life other than that of celebrity.
Some of them just choose to quit. Like Kirk Cameron for example. He was huge star in the 80s and gave it up to focus on religious and charitable pursuits.
Actresses such as Cindy Pickett, Ione Skye, and Lisa Eilbacher (whatever happened to her?) seemed to get steady work but , although talented, never seemed to make it into the top tier.
Dominique Dunne- She was great in Poltergeist but her boyfriend ended a promising life and career
Yes. She guest-starred on a crime drama, too (Hill Street Blues???). She played an abused girlfriend. The bruises on her were real, too.
