I wasn't able to find anyone on the Best Actor or Best Supporting Actor lists in the past 30 years (it mentioned email, so I assumed it had to be in the last 30 years) who was roughly 30 years old at the time of winning (that actually eliminates a lot of possibilities ... never realized how many older actors have won!), whose marital history could include a Tara. (That is, if they have an ex, she's still alive).
It's very possible that I missed something, but no one is jumping out at me.
I feel like part of the story is missing. I kept looking for a "Next Page" link. This story is a head scratcher.
The article ended abruptly. I'm assuming the writer changed her friend's name. There's no reference to a decade. All I got was the writer is from Europe. That doesn't help lol.
While Danny Huston is not exactly a household name, he is the scion of a rather "royal" Hollywood family. Father was John Huston (legendary director), and his half-sister is the actress Angelica Huston.
And while Danny has never won an Oscar, he did win a Screen Actor's Guild award for "The Constant Gardener." And both John Huston and Angelica Huston are Oscar winners. His age is also older than what the author described.
The facts jibe pretty well - especially the manner of death. I'm guessing the author deliberately added some misleading details to disguise the husband's identity and perhaps avoid a slander accusation/lawsuit?

But Katie Jane Evans doesn't look anything like the woman featured in the photographs that appear along with the article. I wonder if they used "anyone's photo" to maintain her privacy. Katie Jane was very thin, blue-eyed, and blondish. The woman featured in the photos is quite obviously darker-skinned, with dark hair and eyes.
