Is that a virus? I've never had that pop up before and now it has popped up two more times since yesterday. Should I be worried? BTW, my phone is not jailbroken.

More than likely what you were seeing was a clever individual who did not want anyone trying to jump on his WiFi Network so he set WIFI Network Name to scare people away (Much like it got your attention).
The truth is the iPhone is tough to crack because:
1. Apple Controls the only App Store
2. Apps go through like 20 hoops before they become available for purchase/download on a phone.
Even the most experienced hackers ( the Jailbreakers) spend months trying to get around Apple's security.
It is safe to say you won't be able to easily install a trojan virus.
Now phishing info is a totally different story that is something you have to be careful with.
