Never had a problem at Coconut Joe's, actually. Wings are usually terrific, band plays upstairs, and viws are fantastic. Great place to enjoy the beach! Windjammer works well too

Yeah someone made a negative remark about Coconut Joe's. I've eaten breakfast and lunch there a few times and it has been good. sure, sure -- it's not fine dining, it's the beach and that's good enough.

I should clarify -- just being on the beach isn't enough. It has to have some kind of decent food. I loved the breakfast bowl I had -- and for lunch -- it was good too.

Oh I understand, I'd love the best of both worlds and if I had my way I'd own the absolute best restaurant/bar on the beach this side of Seacrets, Ocean City, Md. But c'est la vie need a few more years til that happens.

We ate a Shem's Creek while we were on vacation there last month.. it was great! We have been coming there for years.. don't know why that was our first time to eat there! We intend to go back every time we are there! You will love it!
