A new law could post a burden in enforcing it? I completely despise it when a government official, and ELECTED government official, makes a statement like this.

There is a burden in enforcign ANY law. This is one sorry excuse not to implement such a common sence resolution.

Lawmakers like Aaron Brown have no business being in elected office. He is exactly the type that needs to be removed during the next election cycle.
