Dear Steve40th:

"Pembroke" name for a subdivision is not used much anymore. Usually considered part of Crowfield Plantation. Crowfield is a very desirable area. Let me know if you would likeadditional information.

We bought the same homes in Friars Grove, Crowfield 8 yrs ago. Had the home built brand new. While we never encountered problems many in the neighborhood did. Matter of fact they had a huge lawsuit against Steve P (Jr). That got put to rest when he passed away. His son that is...Not sure if anything ever came about cause we had relocated after that. Good luck with your decision.

Steve
Crowfied boasts over 28 subdivisions and more than 3200 homes, 78 acre lake with fishing (No Gas Motors)
16 miles of walking bike trials, Parks and 4 pools. Good schools and convenient central location for the Tri-county area. Probably one of the most desirable areas in Goose Creek. Favorable homes sales and resales over the years.

We just bought a home there on Waddington Trace.
What is the HOA like, and typical heating/cooling bills for a 2600 sq foot home.
It has a 3 ton Goodman unit, 12 SEER.
Just looking at quality of home builds.

Different circumstances. Some were HVAC related, water leaks, plumbing...etc...But like I said, we didn't have any issues. I thought the home was put together pretty well. I was at the home EVERY day while it was under construction, so I think i caught any issues prior.
