Hi, I'll be down in Charleston the week of Feb 13 to look for a house. I'd like to know if there are any areas in West Ashley I should look at or any that I should definitely stay away from also. Thanks.

There are a lot of foreclosures over south of 17 and West of Wappoo Road. If you look at any houses there, keep in mind there is an expansion of I526 being planned. You might get a good deal and in 2 years have a highway in your backyard.

Your really going to Have to drive through your neighborhoods all times of the day to get a good feel. This is for any neighborhood not just in WA.
