Hello all,

I've been a commenter on the Knoxville, TN forum for a while, as I've been born and raised in the area, but always hoped to moved to Charleston, SC. Well we officially signed a lease on a house today, and my husband will be moving up in March, followed behind me at some point when I find a job similar to what I'm doing now.

I'm looking forward to the change and adding my two cents (what little sense) I have to this forum!

If anyone has anyone welcome to the area tips, they are appreciated. We will be looking to start getting cable/internet/etc so we will be looking for providers if anyone has any suggestions.

What town/city are you moving to? The cable providers are different for each area.

Nice. I have friends there that really are happy with their choice.

It's an older neighborhood that has come a long ways in the last few years.

As for cable/internet I have to say that I have nothing but good things to say about Time Warner.
