I want to go to Epcot! I was just looking at it online a couple nights ago. I haven't been since 1988. It is so close, I have to get there soon.

The only weekend I can't make it is the weekend right before Christmas (Dec. 22 and 23). I will be up north freezing and praying for no snow!

Drat, and I was going to hit you up for one of those amazing birthday cakes, too!

If we have the meetup before I am away, I will make the Peninsula Grill coconut cake for all of us. It is the best cake I have ever had! The actual recipe is on Martha Stewart's website. She had Robert Carter on her show making it.

The best days for me are December 15 or 16.

Are we definitely meeting up at Bowens Island on December 15? I'm going to blow off my firm holiday party to go to the meetup.

I really want to go to this meet-up, but I may not be able to stay long since I have to be up all night that night. No drinking, either!
I'm going to tentatively RSVP for me and Jeff. He'll be starting his final week of classes, so it really is going to depend on how far behind he is at that point.
I guess 70 hour work weeks don't mesh well with trying to finish a degree at the same time.

On Urban Spoon they show nothing but seafood options on the menu. Is that all they offer?
