I miss this too. In Orlando we had a place similar to Azaela, that had a sports bar with $4.50 Domestic pitchers including Yeungling(so not just PBR ). Granted they were not the biggest pitchers, but you could get like 4-5 pints out of it. Depending ont he day of the week you got drink specials.
Also not sure if they have Miller's Ale Houses up here or not, used to have $5 pitchers of Icehouse and Miller I believe.
both places served full menus, and good sports bar foods like wings, chicken nachos, burgers, etc....
I think the last time I paid for PBR was because i stopped at "The Last Resort" Bar in Daytona Beach when I lived there. To give you an idea of it, they have creamed corn wrestling during Bike Week. LOL
But the real reason I stopped there was, it was the bar where Aileen Wuornos used to pick up her victims.(She was prostitute put on death row and executed, for killing 6 people in Daytona.)
Just a place that you don't spend $30 for 5-6 beers, then throw some small food, and tou have a $35 bill for one person.

It's true around here in Orlando. I can go to many places and get a pitcher of beer for $5-$6. When we visited last time, I too noticed the price of beer was expensive when going out. One thing I also could mention to get is a restaurant.com gift certificate or Groupon which gives you a good discount as long as they accept it for alcohol. Between the two of us, we usually spend about $30 going out which includes beer and something to eat.
Do they have a Carolina Ale House there? Do any of the places do bucket of beer specials? Maybe $12 for a bucket of 5 beers?
We have alot of places where ladies drink free or get discount drinks. Do they do that there?
Becky, I know that Red's has buckets of beer. I don't know the price though, but I am sure it is on their website.
