Veterinarian in Summerville/Goose Creek area (Spartanburg, Central: living in, prices, moving)

We're moving from Spartanburg to Summerville in a couple of weeks. Our dog is 10 years old and has been seeing the same vet her whole life. I'm looking for a vet close to where we'll be living (Cane Bay) who is kind, caring, gentle, understanding, experienced, reasonably-priced, doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary products or procedures, and has friendly and pleasant staff, including the receptionist. Hmmm. Am I hoping for too much or is there a possibility...?

Creekside Veterinary on St James Avenue in Goose Creek is great. Everyone is so nice and they did not recommend any crazy procedures for my 15 year old dog. When it came time to put her to sleep, they were very supportive and nice. I found the prices to be the same as where I was living in NC. My dog was having weekly laser treatments for arthritis and it was same amount as my last vet. Office visits were same as my last vet.

Animal Medical Clinic of GC is really good as well, Dr. Barrett has been a great vet.

It's a ride for us, but it is definitely worth it! We love them, and thanks again OTC, we initially went there on your recommendation.

Petsmart in Summerville has Banfield Vet Services. We've liked using them because of their hours, great staff & we can pick up other needed items while we are there.
