Would it be risky to buy a condo at Twelve Oaks/Fenwick Plantation on John's Island?
Heard there was a problem involving stucco work/lawsuit. Anybody know anything about this complex or the problems it has encountered? Realtor says lawsuit settled and renovations will be addressed. But would like any info regarding this. Thanks.

My sister owns one, has had no problems and it's lovely. A great location and beautiful grounds.
