I was looking for some opinions on Belle Hall Plantation and the divisions within there. I have seen some really nice houses listed in that neighborhood. The prices seem a lot more reasonable than those we have seen on Daniel Island. How do the amenities and the feel of the neighborhood compare? What about schools? Obviously there is no town center or businesses within this development right? Are there a lot of families and a community feeling?
Any info would be helpful. Thanks...
There is a big shopping area on Long Point Road basically across the street from Belle Hall. There are retaill shoppes like Ross, Pet Smart, Stein Mart. then there are restaurants and Harris Teeter right there. I think there is a Food Lion (not 100% sure) across the street.
Belle Hall is also very close to Palmetto Park a county park. with water park, large play ground, fields, water, paddle boats, etc.
Belle Hall also has easy access to 526 so thats nice for commuting.
But if you want to look at the best writeup I've seen on Belle Hall, then visit Joe's website (who is a great forum contributor on here) at: Great Belle Hall Writeup and Info/Pics
I have lived in Belle Hall for 13 years and love the neighborhood! The elementary school next to it is top notch and there is a rec center and an indoor pool within walking distance. You can get most anywhere in the area in 20 minutes (airport, Charleston, N. Charleston, etc.).
