Anyone out there who lives in the Masters Hill section of Highland Creek? I love the look of the houses but have some questions about the neighborhood and the houses. Please contact me if you can provide info.

Thanks!!!!!

Yeah I don't know! That's the problem! I was there two weeks ago and toured around. I can tell you it's one street away from the golf club and very close to the schools.

Probably the Saussy Burbank section. Newer homes designed to look like Main Street USA

ETA, I don;t live in that section, but there are many nice neighborhoods in HC. My preference is that side as oppsed to some of the newer boxy homes on the Cabarrus side

Thanks for the input. The house styles are so cute and I love the "walk around" feel. The porches are adorable. Gotta keep my eye on those houses!

Baybook - I just went to the Saussy Burbank website (I must admit, I did not know what a Saussy Burbank was but good old Google set me straight!). I have to say I am now ruined. Ruined!!! I want to live in one of these colorful happy houses!! I am just becoming familiar with the real estate availabilities in NC and I am blown away by these styles!

They really are so cute. I think they have a built out community way down Rea by Blakeney that is so cute. Nothing big and fancy but it looks like it could be a street at the beach. One of the houses is pale violet and I could spit with envy whenever I see it. I have friends who live in a Saussy neighborhood way down in waxhaw (Something "Oak" and all of the streets have the word "Oak" in it). It's about 15 years old. It's so darned cute and the houses still look great.

Actually look at some inside and see if you feel the same way. I love the look, but the floor plans/flow jusy never seemed to work for me with any Saussy. HC is a great neighborhood though. If you like it, there are many neighborhoods to choose from

I took a drive around that area for u. While the look of the homes is nice, they are very close together. I found out that on school days, parents park along the street, leave their cars and walk to the school to drop off or pick up their kids. As we had spoken before, I prefer the older areas closer to Ridge Road. Better spacing between homes, nicer lot sizes, of course better landscaping too!
