Let me start off by saying that I'm far younger than the 55 and over requirement. I just drove through with my mom a couple of hours ago. The development is massive!!! It's really nice when you drive through, beautiful golf course, tennis courts, and clubhouse!!! I couldn't believe all of the houses. I've lived here for about 15 years and remember when there was nothing out there. I see where poeple are saying that you buy into a lifestyle, not just the home. I was really impressed with this community.

Sooner or later, I'm sure there will be more shops and things down there. Still it's only about 8 miles to Ballantyne!!

I'd love to see a place like this for younger people. Until then I guess I need to wait about 20 years!!

It is indeed a nice place. I try to tell as many clients about it as I can. There is already a small "Ballantyne Village" type retail center planned for across 521. I think it will make it even more attractive.

Default Overpriced

I've visited the models and feel that the homes are overpriced and the workmanship, even on the models, was not as you would expect. You get very little choice in changing the house and the lot premiums will kill you.

I removed them from my list.....

The homes are pricey, but I think that's more because of the community than the homes. Moderator cut: website promotion

My neighbor across the street just bought in Sun City--2,500 square feet for just over $500k, plus the annual fees for grass cutting, etc. were super high. I thought it was crazy that she was leaving our neighborhood for Sun City. But, she wanted to be on the golf course and have all the social aspects.

To each his own!

Yes MUSE I think you're right. I just read where the City Of Lights will be located just across the state line in Lancaster County. Not sure if it's on 521 though.
