Default St. Johns forest

Has anyone heard good or bad things about the area? How are the taxes? Thank you.

Two things come to mind when thinking of this neighborhood...

#1, the homes were completed at the height of the real estate market, meaning the prices there were likely overly inflated. This may mean you can get a great deal there now, if sellers recognize what they paid then is not what their homes are worth now.

#2, the elementary school, Rocky River, does not have very attractive test scores. For such a new school they do not appear to be succeeding in reaching all their students. There are definitely more desirable schools in western Union County.

Thank you, that's must be why the homes are so cheap. How is the middle and high school?
