Does anyone know who the builder was/is for Colonial Village in Monroe, near Indian Trail? Most of the homes are 2-3 years old, but I think I saw some new ones recently, and was wondering...

I live in Colonial Village. Lived here for 11 1/2 years. I watched almost all of the homes go up but for 10 to 12 of them.

We are looking at a home in this area and I have discovered that 5 homes on the same street are for sale! Is there a problem with this Colonial Village area? We are moving down from NY and thought these homes were just what we wanted.
Thanks
mk

Not at all, nice area and development. It's simply the result of the economy...there are lots of houses for sale in almost all of the areas, just not a lot actually selling for various reasons, but lack of buyers is a big one. It really is a nice development - no worries..
