My friend's grandson, Garrett Carnes, will be returning home for a visit today in Mooresville. It's estimated well over 200 motorcycles from the Patriot Guards will be escorting him & his wife Courtney to Mooresville. There will be alot of press coverage on it. I understand they will start closing down streets in Downtown Mooresville soon after 3:00 pm. If anyone is available to come out & show him support along the route, below the link with the info.

Garrett has made remarkable progress in his recovery so far. I am amazed by his strength & detemination. THANK YOU Garrett for your service to our country!

As a member of the PG, I am disappointed that I cannot be part of the group escorting this hero home to Mooresville today.

I hope the public really turns out to welcome him back to home.

I know how you feel Stripes!I'm friends with his Grandparents, was with them the day after he was injured & I won't be able to attend because I have to work tonight. I'm hoping they get a huge turnout.
