Hello all, I am visiting Charlotte this week and have complied a list of places I am interested in visiting and wanted to get some opinions and suggestions. Basically, my criteria is 1. $500-600 2. Near light rail or easy commute to Uptown, would prefer light rail though 3. And an overall decent spot.
Wildwood Apartments: 4756 Old Pineville Road
The Stratford: 5115 Park Road
Beacon Hill: 1322 Beacon Ridge Dr
McAlpine Ridge: 7900 Krefeld Dr
Charlotte Woods: 1116 Scaleybark Road
Oak Park at Briar Creek: 1425 Eastcrest Dr.
Wendover Walk: 740 N Wendover Road
Townhomes of Ashbrook: 1905 Eastway Dr.

None of these are real desirable, and some are in worse areas than others, but given what you have to spend and are looking for I'd suggest Beacon Ridge
