Good Chinese/Sushi Buffet (Charlotte, Mooresville: restaurant, price, eat)

Hello All,

Looking for recommendations for Chinese Buffet -- would prefer to stay NORTH of downtown Charlotte (and the Mooresville area works for us, too). Wondering SPECIFICALLY about places that have a decent selection of Chinese cuisine, a sushi bar, and crab legs. Would also like info on places that perhaps do NOT carry the crab legs (or even the sushi bar).

Also, what's the avg. price?

Tin-Tin is good but not north of Charlotte. Sushi bar, crab legs, large selection

There is a Sushi restaurant in Cornelius (Sushi @ the Lake) right on Catawba. I know NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne eats there sometimes.
