Wondering if anyone has any "insider" info on this new subdivision. Lot size, school designation, price etc. The Pulte website is no help.

Since surrounding neighborhoods go to MR, it has to be MR.

We drove by today when I dropped my oldest off at a friends...they are really moving along getting ready to start the dtreets, but it will be awhile before there is enough to get stared building the houses I would imagine. They are still laying out the roads in very rough form, not paving yet etc.
