I'd use rail myself. And I'd prefer to drive to the Music Factory.
By the time I head for the Music Factory, I am well over the limit. So driving isn't an option for me.
I use a taxi. It is a shame that it isn't a safe walking area unless in numbers going from uptown to NCMF.

Hello. I plan on visiting Charlotte soon for the weekend. I plan on taking Megabus to Charlotte from Atlanta and I will stay in a nice hotel in downtown. I wanted to know if Charlotte has a nightlife scene downtown or do I need to rent a car? I'm a black male in my 30s. I just looking for a few lounges or maybe some bars to check out. I have only been to Charlotte once for a day so I do not know much about the city. Thanks!
