Has anyone used Killnigsworh for annual termite contract. My renewal just came up I received a letter that states that its necessary to do re-application treatment on all houses that have warranty.the reason is the chemical has depleted in the soil and more houses are having termite problems and damages. all homes treated 2006 or before applies. Costs is $ 225. Has anyone dealt with this situation? Thanks !

Yes. We hold a bond with Killingsworth and last year we had to do a 're-application. I think it's every 6 years you have to do it. Our home was built in 06.
