Sorry for asking so many questions but heres a couple more. Does concord/huntersville offer a first time home buyers program?

New construction vs. existing home what are the pros and cons?

The reason im asking so many question is because i'll be in charlotte next month and might be ready to purchase a home.

Thanks for all the help and advice

robz,

The person you would want to talk to about a first time home buyer plan would be your lender.

From our previous messages I will have some things to send your way sometime today.

Default 1st time

We are first time buyers too and I found a lot of info on INest plus they give you 1 % back once you buy the house. We are from the philly area and making our first trip next week. I am so excited to see the area!
