My wife was full time employee for 3 years as baby sitter/made on a house, she had never was provided on any insurance or earn vacation time, she was never provided with W2 so we can pay taxes. Recently (a week ago) she was told no need her anymore and the employer states may be she will need her for couple hours a week, (none sense).
My questions is this, did my wife has any rights meaning compansation? we need some guidance and help on this.
we live in SC but she worked in NC

From what you are saying no rights whatsoever, with no W2 the employment was illegal in the first place.

Seems like she was paid under the table. Consider yourself lucky, you didn't have to pay taxes on the income, but the downside is that you don't get the added protection that paying taxes on it would afford.

I would get her identification papers and her pass tax records and see the people at the department of labor and see if they can get this whole matter addressed .The OP should know that is North Carolina you can be fired just because your shoes strings are untied or you drive a car painted a color someone doesnt like AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.. Its not fair but being fair isnt in the law.

It won't be. It sounds like you received cash payment under the table and have no recourse. You could report them for employing illegal aliens.

An excellent idea.People want to work here but don't know the laws required to work here. I think the back taxes need to be paid. Earning money under the table is AGAINST THE LAW.......no sympathy for law breakers here.

Ok so lets pay the taxes without a way to demonstrate income... this should be a easy fix if people (American & forein) do the right thing since the beginning. I'm just saying.

I would consider 3 years tax free as your severance. I would not tell to many people about this.
