Can anyone tell me of a local favorite (not a chain) serving down home style, southern food? Something in the University area in particular, but I could travel further for that special place.
The parking is weird you cant drive around the back to get to the other spaces available on the other side just a heads up. I tend to find parking on the left side more available than on the right side.
If you want to drive to Lake Norman try Cook House in Cornelius
This is one of my favorites I love their pickled cucumbers and Country Fried Steaks
