Lowes Food stores in South Charlotte used to carry semolina seeded Italian bread. But, alas, they were taken over by HT and the bread disappeared. There is an Italian place in Stallings called Enzo's that gets the seeded Italian, but that may be too far for you.

Lowes Foods is still in Gastonia.. The OP could check with Ingles in Statesville & Dallas as well as Lowes Foods in Gastonia.
I've seen the semolina bread at Earth Fare. I think I've also seen it at HT on occasion. I'd guess that you could find it at Fresh Market as well.
Publix will have it in their bakery but alas not yet in the LN area.
