Is anyone going or has anyone ever been? We are probably gonna go. It's $150 per couple and includes 2 bands, all-u-can-eat buffet and open bar (wine and beer).

Sounds like a pretty good deal. My wife and I could easily break $100 just going out to dinner, so $150 doesn't seem that bad.

Any takers?

We're planning on a special show at The Comedy Zone, but that sounds like a good alternative! We just might have to re-consider our plans.

Wow too bad we weren't there. Sounds like a great deal.

Enjoy!

To those interested, here's the latest on the party:

I have an update. It is $150 per couple or $100 per individual and includes:

Party is reserved to VIPs in the upstairs lounge (where the Comedy Zone is)

Maximum of 150 tickets sold

2 Bands one upstairs and one downstairs

You have full access to whole restaurant and the manager told me if he sells out, he may shut the whole place down just for the private party.

Party starts at 8pm

All you can eat dinner buffet that he said will be awesome

All you can drink beer and wine, although liquor will be available and open tabs are welcomed

Breakfast buffet at 1am

Big screen tv to watch ball drop, etc.

Party favors for all.

It should be a pretty kick tail party and you can't beat the price. Best thing about it is, it's Irish!

You are still talking about the Galway Hooker, right? Didn't realize they had an upstairs lounge.

Another other suggestions? What about hotels?

Yes, still talking about Galway. I don't think you will find hotel parties this late and for under $100.

Sorry they are sold out. My brother got the last tickets last night. But the main bar and restaurant should still be open to the public with a great band. VIPs will have access to stuff upstairs.
