What are they going to do. Make a limit on how many guest you can have per day??? Who's going to watch and keep count? Don't think there's much you can do but talk to your neighbor.

Your neighbor is endangering you and others by bringing clients to her home instead of using a motel.
I would not confront her since she has so little sense. Go to the HOA first and then the police, if necessary. You don't have to put up with illegal activities in your neighborhood.
Normally, I believe in minding my own business, but it will take only one client with a gun and a grudge to make trouble.
OMG you have watched too many movies. Number one the people are staying over night. This women isn't a hooker period. If she was there would be way more than 26 guys in a month. Neighbor is nosy. He needs to mind his own business, and get a life.
Sure OP might be exaggerating a bit but I'd bet a lot of those saying "mind your own business" wouldn't be saying that if they were in the same situation. Would you really want different "scum of the earth" looking guys coming to your neighborhood every day if your kids were playing outside?
However I do agree that there's probably not much the police can do at this point. I'd agree with trying to talk to other neighbors first. Not sure how you would really go about bringing this up to the neighbor in question. "So...are you a prostitute?" LOL. Maybe she's just lonely and bringing them back from bars...OP, do the cars go to her house on their own or is she ever with them?
Think about it though. Do you really think they are the scum of the earth? That's the OP's opinion. It's really clear the OP is really uptight. Anyone with a lick of sense would know it's not a hooker. John's can't spend the night. Well they can, but most can't afford it, and even if you could why would you.
