Utility Expenses (Charlotte: live in, utility costs, electric bill)

I know that this is a very subjective question, but I am trying to get any information that I can on utility costs in Charlotte. To provide a point of reference, we are a family of 4 looking in south Charlotte (Myers Park, Dilworth, etc.)

We have an all electric house. Our electric bill runs approximately $300/month with the heat set at 75* & the spa running during the winter, & $200 with the AC set at 75* during the summer. Water runs around $20 - $30/month. We live in South Charlotte.

We live in SW Charlotte. Our gas bill a month during the winter months has been around $200, in the warmer months it is only $30. Our Electric bill in the winter is $115, in the warmer months with the a/c it is also around $240.00 Water bill is $50.
