Hello,

I am going to be relocating from MA to NC and have done some research on certain areas around Charlotte. Most people refer new comers to the Matthews, Union County area and I was just wondering if anyone could give me some positives and negatives about Cleveland County. I have two children and my husband will be working in uptown. I appreciate your perspective.

Technically, Cleveland County is not in the Charlotte metro area. But if you wanted to live there, Kings Mountain is the best place. Property is not expensive, and it's on I-85, giving you about a 40 minute drive into Charlotte. Schools, I'm not sure about.
