Glad to hear they have done a wonderful job so far, our M/I house @ Falcon Ridge is being framed right now, was in it today, but could not hang around as they where putting the roof on.
I think it is such a shame that so much bad press is out there about the sewer plant. I live in Quellin and we have never smelled a problem. Again, the Ballantyne country club neighborhood has a sewer plant on top of it and those homes sell in the upper to close to a million. You will miss out on a great neighborhood and great people by overlooking Quellin. The problem will get fixed. There is documentation today which states the issues will be solved by early 2008, and wouldn't you miss out on prime opportunities for a great real estate find, by skipping over the whole Cureton area. If history repeats itself in South Charlotte, the homes will continue to go up in value in this area-- irregardless of what structural support needs to follow in the town.
