I was in Vermillion in Huntersville last week. It seemed like a pretty well thought out community. Good looking houses too.

Seriously, have you talked to a real estate agent? You'd probably save yourselves a lot of time.

I think most golf course communities in that area are nice. I can only think of River Run, Northstone and Skybrook.

Forget it. I read it that you were looking for only golf communities.
Pretty much don't look at the communities above. I ought to wake up before I post. It's too early.

I think you've heard about all the communities in those areas. There really aren't that many as those are small towns. Why not just pick the best schools and move to that area?

bpeoirio,

have ya'll checked out Anitquity yet? It's in the Bailey school district.

Antiquity * Home

There's also a really great neighborhood in Davidson, but I can't think of the name of it. On the map, find downtown Davidson then head west on Concord Road a couple blocks. Take a left on Grey Street and go a 1/2 mile or so. Neighborhood will be on the right with Wolfe Street being the entry off of Grey Street. By the looks of the homes, they may be built by Meeting Street, the same builders of Antiquity. But most of the homes seem to be over 3000 sqft. They also have a few park areas, including a dog park and soccer fields.

Are you looking to move from Huntersville to Mooresville or are you looking for homes anywhere in between those 2 towns?? What has your RE agent been suggesting? Do you need schools?

Yeah, they need schools and I think they've decided on Bailey school district, but maybe that's changed? They're looking for communities between these two towns, so to include Cornelius and Davidson.

Like we've mentioned in other threads, they could also look at the neighborhoods off Langtree in Mooresville.
