The wording for the bonds says that the Parks and Rec is for Meck county, but all the others are just for the city of Charlotte.

Some of the bond issues were applicable to Charlotte and not the other towns in Meck.

250mm bonds for parks and rec. I voted NO, and hope it does not pass. I love parks, and I love rec, but 250mm is a lot of $$ and I think now is not a good time to issue both in terms of market and taxpayers ability to pay, and I don't trust the politicians to wait and issue them slowly over time - and if that is what they plan to do why authorize the entire 250mm now?
