My Water Bill in Charlotte (Huntersville, Mooresville: home, gated, live in)

I have no idea where the expensive water is. I get bill by Meck county in Huntersville and my water bill on a 3000 sq ft house, 1/4 acre, one guy, a few outside plants, a few inside plants, no pool, likes long walks on the beach, and doesn't wash his Truck Much.. $20 last month, Summer its about $25.

Note that I have not irrigated the lawn in two years, but wash the cars all the time.
