If you like Cotswold, check out the neighborhood, I think it's called Barwick. It's got 3BR houses, large yards, well within your price range. Good schools, close to uptown. Last time I drove through, there were several houses for sale. If you look on a map, it's the area just east of Randolph Rd on Sharon Amity, surrounding Cotswold Elem. Best of luck!
I have never heard of "Barwick"? But you are right, the area all around Cotswold elementary is nice would offer a great commute to the hospital for our OP. She should also look at Sherwood Forest, also in the Cotswold area.

I'm not sure it's called Barwick, but the road off Sharon Amity leading into the subdivision is Barwick. There's also Merwick, Chiswick, and Colwick Rds inside. Great, leafy neighborhood. Wish I'd known about it when we were looking!

Yeah, that's a great little area, but it's all just "Cotswold"
You should also check out the foreclosure sales. Quite a few in that area, I think. It would get you a very nice townhouse (no yard maintenance, but, a little backyard). There are some lovely places really close to the hospital, too.
