Anyone have a suggestion for a Christmas decorations store in the Charlotte area? I know about Peppermint Forrest in Pineville near the Carolina Place mall, but I'm hoping to find more than one place. Specifically, I'm looking for a good collection of the Christmas village scenes (like Dept. 56). There's got to be more than one place in town.
There is a store in across from Young's Nursery along 521 at the junction of 160. The name escapes me but I think they are owned by the same owners as Young's. Maybe you can call the latter and ask for the name, or someone in here is familiar with it. It's a small country store and I recall seeing some Dept 56 on the windows.

Yes that's it NN! I've been there once and back then they had unique Xmas decor.
Youngs plantaion is on 521. They have the best Pies. I am pretty sure they are not related to the nursery. My parents have gotten Youngs pecan product in Florence for years.
