Our communities suffered from the Mortgage Fraud Crisis and now we need to fight the Union County Vultures to do what is right in regards to our tax values. My tax value went up 57%. I appealed last year and they agreed that the rampant mortgage fraud in my community led to a false revaluation of my home. They tabled my appeal and then sent me a letter denying my request. The exact same evidence I submitted I gave to a friend of mine who lives in a neighboring community that was also involved in the mortgage fraud ring, and they lowered his!
Raleigh won't do anything.
If anyone here has been successful and has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
