I guess that might sound odd coming from me but we have a couple rifles and a couple handguns...all legal of course! I have kept this gun in my nightstand for years now and have never fired it. I thought it might be a good idea to know how to handle the gun, plus I think it'll be cool.
BTW, at what age can teens shoot at places like that? They know about the guns and have been taught forever about them....when they were young they didn't know we had them and they do still have gun locks on em...not that that helps much for spur of the moment self protection, but kids are kids. Anyway... LOL...I thought it'd be a good idea for them to learn how to handle a gun. Doesn't sound like the Cleaver's idea of a fun family outing huh?
Sportsman Inc (indoor pistol, Hands Mill Hwy towards York, SC)
Mecklenburg Rifle Club (rifle/pistol/clays near 485 and 85 north of the airport)
Central Carolinas Shooting Club (IDPA club, uses Sportsman Inc for indoor practice, and outdoor range down in Rock Hill)
There is a real shortage of long-distance rifle ranges in the Charlotte area, but plenty of 100yd and closer rifle/pistol.
Wow...thanks! I've been bugging my bf for months...years really, to take me shooting. I didn't realize there were so many places here....now he's got no excuse!

If your boyfriend has hesitated, even for a second, to take you shooting after you requested it... well... er... um...

Please sign up for a safety and shooting class soon! No one should have a gun in their nightstand that they don't know how to handle, that's very dangerous.
