Does anyone know if PepperTree apartments are nice? And if its in an ok area?

The apartments are in a decent area. There is gated passcode entry , and 24 hour security. There are some crimes over there , but not like other areas. Externally , they look nice , I believe there are 2 pools. The rear borders another complex. I've never been inside of the units. I believe the rent ranges from $450 to $650.

Personally, I could never recommend a single female live near Eastway and/or Kilbourne. The area is not the best in my opinion and there are better options

My mistake , I didn't know who it was. It used to be a nice area , but as always , things change.
