Chicago does not have a plethora of Tex-Mex options (like Austin-style breakfast tacos), but it does have an excellent amount of authentic Mexican taquerias in Rogers Park, Pilsen, Logan Square, etc. Check out
LTHForum.com for much better food advice than what you've received here.

No sarcasm was intended, just a friendly comment. Really a round about way of saying, "Hey I like Mexican food too." I knew I should have gone on to say how much better they are when the green chile sauce comes in from NM with BIL. Next time instead of twisting what I say, please ask me "What did you mean by that statement".
