Lots of new homes that are huge but on small parcels of property. City taxes you on about everything from autos to garbage. Expect to get at least one traffic ticket per year or at least stopped by their over aggressive police force. U46 is one of the biggest in the area, and with the way boundries have been rezoned the past few years, if you have young children, the school you think they are going to go to in 4-5 years, may not be the one at that time..... BEWARE....The over-zealous police force is enough to tell me that their only supplementing their local income by the silly traffic stop information that is posted in the local papers. In addition, if something ever major happened in the town; fire, accident, etc.; they seem like they always have to call on the local BIG BOYS to help out, because they do not know how to handle it.
