Looking for a property to rent
Hi, I am in search of a property to rent we prefer a townhome or single family home. We are currently in the Romeoville area but we are open to the Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Naperville and some parts of Joliet. We need at least a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom and would like at least two levels of living space. We are willing to pay 1350.00 but no more than 1400.00 and that is for an exceptional place. We have impecable rental history and work refernces but the credit needs some work. We do not mind putting down a deposit that is reasonable. We are looking to move out either mid July or the end of July depending on the circumstances that you supply. Please contact me if you have a property for rent or no of anyone that needs to rent out a property they own that they cant sell due to the market. We are looking for somewhere to stay for at least 3 years until we are ready to purchase so we would be long term tenants. The occupants would be myself, my husband and two little kids. Please only respond if you have a serious lead. We are not look to rent with option we just want to strictly rent. I have tried all the apartment locaters and have not found what I am looking for yet this is my last resort!! Thanks
