Even the kids facebook page had comments laughing at him for "throwing the fork" in his city sticker artwork. He clearly has connections with that gang from his facebook, and those hands certainly look suspicious.

Regardless if they look like gang signs or not in the sticker, the fact is that the kid is either in a gang or associated with a gang and so is his "Dad" (nice father figure by the way). Why should this loser kid get recognition from the city for his drawing? He should really get idiot of the year award because the cops are gonna be watching him and his Dad now (even more then they probably already are)

The picture is not a gang sign.
But the kid is in a gang, and so is his dad.
Gang will most likely reject him now since he has too much heat on him.
